Void By Cassy Roop

Link coming soon

I AM AN ESCORT.

I screw men and get screwed for money,
living my life everyday as Jericho Lane.
My clientele list is immaculate.
I am sought out, demanded
and damn good at my job.
I don’t care that these men have families at home,
or that they are important people.
I do it for the money.
to survive.

There is nothing that could make me
feel a bit of remorse or
concern about what I do because
I was born with the inability
to experience or feel emotions...

I don’t feel PAIN
I don’t feel SORROW.
I don’t feel extreme HAPPINESS or LOVE

I am VOID.

A blank canvas of emotions.
An empty hole in an endless sea of
circumstances, moods and relationships.

Until one client changes EVERYTHING.

Void was given to be as an ARC.

At first I wasn't sure I would like it because I'm not into girls who sleep around. I can never understand what people see in them. I'm not one of those people who care if they do, sometimes I just find it hard to relate to them, but surprisingly I really liked Nicola. She wasn't just a whore making ends meat. She was an escort because it was the only way she could feel some emotion. Since she was a baby Nicola has been void of any emotion. Not even crying as an infant. She never experienced sadness, love, happiness, anger, surprised, or anything. Which must have been hard for her. Especially when her parents died and she felt NOTHING. It's completely heartbreaking to read.

To think of the research Cassy must have put into this novel is inspiring. She completely outdone herself. I don't know much about the illness or know anyone who has suffered from it, but it didn't stop me from feeling for Nicola.
To me, reading this book, didn't see her as a whore, but as a person fighting to feel something. Especially when doctors have been telling her, her whole life that a trigger will bring those emotions out of her.

Nicola finds her trigger in the form of her new kinky client Link who she has never seen, heard or spoken to. He keeps her blindfolded wanting to keep his anonymity and this is where Andris comes in. He guides Nicola during sex using headphones and it has her feeling more having him their inside her head guiding her.
Link brings out one emotion while Andris brings out others.
Then she finds out Andris is her new doctor dealing with her condition and things just about heat up from there.
Cassy is an amazing erotic romance writer and I love all her work, but the erotic scenes in this book were seriously hot.

Andris is also fighting his own demons. After taking over his Uncles psychiatrist practice he also takes on the Cardinelli, a serious high crime family who run drugs etc. They've been using the Gunn family for years, getting prescription drugs to sell on the streets and Andris is determined to cut ties with them.

Some how Nicola gets dragged into the middle of the war..... but her love for two men have her betraying them too as she will do anything to save them.

The story ends in with an explosive finish. Link reveals his true identity when Andris expresses his love to Nicola.

I really enjoyed the story. It was hot, sexy, unpredictable, and completely addictive.

I was given Axel Hitch as an ARC in return for an honest review.
What a book!!!!
Cassy has worked extremely hard on this novel. She has had to go back over the first three books to match everything that happens with Kelly and Axel. Not a thing is out of place or different. She really did do well writing it.
As I just said the book basically starts off from the beginning of Ashley's bend, but in Axel and Kelly's POV. I don't usually like books I know the outcome too, but with Axel Hitch I felt different. It felt better reading it from their POV. I felt more connected to both the characters in this book and see a different side to the main story. I really enjoyed it.

Kelly hasn't had a great past and I could totally see why she needs to be the one in control, but I can also see why she went into the submission training. She wanted to be able to free herself from her troubled past and move on from it. As the book explains, Kelly is anything but obsessive. I didn't really feel Kelly to be as bubbly and as out going as she did in the first book, which I actually liked because we get to see the more serious side to her, the loving side and the best friend side of her. It really was addictive to read.

Now Axel was completely refreshing. We don't really get to know him in the first three books other than snip bits. Reading it in his POV made so much make sense. I really loved his character and I MAY.... JUST MAY..... LIKE HIM MORE THAN DOMINIC :O There, I said it aha.

Now for the hot steamy erotic scenes. They were off the charts, smoking hot. Like really hot. You could totally feel the chemistry like waves reading it. I also loved how he treated Kelly with so much respect. He didn't just bang her in a room full of people, or treat her like she was just someone in training. You could tell she meant more to him from that alone. I really think the two suited each so much and make a perfect couple.

All in all the book was another 4* for me. I loved it. I read it in two sittings, but thats only cause I started so late on the night otherwise it would have been read within one day.

Triquetra By Cassy Roop

Triquetra—a Celtic Trinity Knot made of three interlocked pieces, often used to represent groups of three.

Dominic has survived falling in love for the first time, having his world shattered, and then finding that love again. What happens, though, when that love also loves someone else?

Ashley finally fought and won against the people keeping her and Dominic apart, but what she soon learns is that she now has to fight her own heart when feelings for another man have developed during her time apart from Dominic.

With a baby on the way, will Dominic be able to show Ashley they are meant to be or will she choose the man to which she owes her life?

What happens when you have to watch the person you love, love someone else?

I freaking loved this book, so much.
I have read Cassy's work now from the beginning and this has to be her best work to date. She just keeps getting better.
I'd say this novel is about moving on. All of them have so many obstacles to over power, it's surprising that they do it.

I don't know how Ashley chooses between Rowan and Dominic, I really don't. Not even I can do it LOL and i'm just the reader.
Both men are so different from each other, but both love Ashley deeply. I'm so envious of her in this book and I was worried about there being a love triangle at first as I hate them with a passion. I really do. This novel has changed that for me. She never, not once led anyone of them to believe anything other than the truth. She didn't mislead her feelings and was brave putting herself out there the way she did.
I'm just glad she choose what her heart needed. Love is a powerful thing and can make you misinterpret in many ways.

I don't want to write much about what happens in the novel, just know it's another book that is going to keep you on your toes.
Parts of it had me in tears and my heart breaking. I really wanted to reach in and comfort the characters.
I'm sad that we won't be reading more about them in the future. Well done Cassy, you've done another amazing job and completing yet another brilliant novel.

I can't wait to read more of her work. I'm looking forward to it.

5* and if I could give it more I would.

Figure of eight By Cassy Roop

Coming soon

Figure Eight- A strong, secure knot that jams under pressure.

He was betrayed by the one person to loosen the knots of his control.

She sacrificed her love to protect him.

Blackmailed into destroying the man she desperately fell in love with, Ashley (Carter) Woodson tries desperately to cling to hope that Dominic will one day understand her reasons for her betrayal and stop the one person determined to keep them apart.

False accusations send Dominic Michaels into a legal battle involving The Celtic Knot and emotional turmoil from the devastation that Ashley caused him. The battle between his head and his heart makes picking up the pieces of his life difficult while he fights to escape the haunting memories of the only woman to break his control.

When outside forces conspire against them, will Dominic be able to unravel the ropes on his heart to trust Ashley again?

What happens when love exists on the edge between finished and infinity?

I received an ARC for an honest review and I am going to be honest. I seriously love this book. I loved Ashley's bend to the point I think I've read it six times, but this one is just so much better. It begins with Dominic in a jail cell. If you've read Ashley's bend then you know this didn't go over to well with Dominic.
God I'm sitting here trying to think of the best ways to describe the book without giving anything away. Its seriously hard as there is so much going on in it that will surprise you, but we will get onto surprises after.
I fell in love with Rowan in this novel. I was so happy Ashley finally had someone. Someone she could count on. Someone to actually shake her and form a plan instead of sitting back and taking it.
Its been a while since I've been this crazy over a book, but it seriously is that good. I have conflicted emotions where I disagree with certain actions but it doesnt mean I don't love the book still, it just means Cassy did an amazing job bringing out the right emotions in readers. Which she certainly did.
It was sad to see how both Dominic and Ashley reacted to each other after the police incident. I was glad that one and more of the character noticed it didnt add up and that Ashley wasn't acting herself.
We get to see the real dom side of Dominic in the figure of eight so you ladies will enjoy the read ;)

As I was saying before..... surprises.

Cassy has a few sneaky little twists inside the novel that TRUST ME you won't see coming. I never saw it coming. Shit Ashley never saw it coming....
I seriously hate that there was another cliffhanger, but LOVING the fact I will be reading more of the two. I seriously cannot wait to read the next in the series. If it is anything like this book then we are for a serious treat.

I could go on forever describing how much I loved this book but you need to go get it and enjoy it. Make sure to read the first in the series Ashley's bend.

Just want to say a quick note to author. I wish you all the best in the future and I am so glad you gave me the opportunity to review the novel for you. You are an amazing author and a great person and I wish you all the success. you deserve it.

5*

Remember ladies Dominic wants to OWN you...
