Forever Mine ( The Moreno brothers) By Elizabeth Reyes

Forever mine

Seventeen-year old Sarah's life is turned upside down when her single mom is sent to jail. She's forced to move, leaving behind everything she's ever known, including her best friend Sydney. Lost and bitter in a new school, her one goal is to save money and move back home. Then she meets Angel Moreno.

Enigmatic but gorgeous, Angel is almost too good to be true. Except for one thing, his archaic belief that guys and girls can never be "just friends". The problem? Sarah's best friend Sydney is not a girl.

With their unexpected romance intensifying to places neither ever experienced, how long can Sarah keep Angel in the dark about the guy waiting for her back home?

Forever mine a simple, elegant love story. Beautifully written and highly addictive.
This is a great novel to start the series as i was immediately drawn to Alex and Valarie. So i was glad to hear we were going to be reading more about their love story.
Forever mine is the first novel i have ever read written by Elizabeth and after this beautiful, cute love story, it won't be the last.
The author makes you believe every word written, every emotion told and it captivates you, sucks you in and you enjoy the book that much more.
Although this isn't one of my usual type books i have loved in nonetheless.

The dialogue of the story is about a relationship torn between boy/girl friendship. I never understood why Sarah couldn't just fess up, me personally think she made it into a bigger deal then it already was. To me it made Angels worries, right. He had every right to be angry, i just think he took it too far.
Having been in Sarah's position myself i was glad she didn't choice one over the other. Instead she tried to make it work for all of them. I felt deeply crushed for her and Angel when the truth come out.
The love story is light and sweet and like i said nothing to what i am used to, but if you like this sort of novel this is one i would recommend.

Rated 4*
