Safe (Conquering Book 1) By Ryan Michele

Moving to Williamsfield, Georgia is not what she wants … it’s what she needs. An escape—from him.
After being brutally abused for years, Sadie seeks sanctuary and safety. But can she ever be safe when evil has his eyes on her from afar.
Landon doesn’t want a relationship. He’s been burned too badly to want anything more from a woman than the physical, but one look at Sadie and he’s rethinking everything.
Can trust be formed when it’s been so beaten down? Can love conquer fears? What happens when evil doesn’t give up? Can Sadie ever really be safe?
**Please note. This book contains the very difficult subject of physical abuse and has a nonconsensual sexual scene. It also has a very strong woman who learns to heal from these acts and finds the kind of love we all dream of having.

Oh my God. I don't know what to say. No scrap that, I have too much to say about this novel.
I've only ever read one other novel like this one that has got to me the way this one did and that's Don't make me beautiful by Elle Casey.
Sadie, although broken up with her ex boyfriend Rob he's still abusing her, having nonconsensual sex with her and threatening her. He uses her family to keep her where he wants her. Threatening their lives as well as hers. He manipulates everything she believes, controlling what she does. Up until one day her mother confronts her about it. Sadie doesnt listen at first, until Rob turns up at the hospital threatening her if she told anyone. Her mom over hears from outside and then demands Sadie to move away. Which, thank god, she listened.

She moves to her aunts house for a fresh start, but every day Sadie fights through battles of the effects of years of abuse. Jumping out loud noises, flinching at play fighting and shouting. She doesn't like to be cornered which is how her and Landon got so close. He helps keep the men from going up to her and chatting her up. Although their connection started before that night, I think it helped her start to trust him, even if she didn't know it then.

She also fights through their relationship to push her time with Rob away, but certain things would remind her of what she had been through and she has some major breakdowns in the book.

All in all without giving the book away it is completely heartbreaking, heart warming, loving and totally inspiring. You'll fall in love with all the characters, especially Landon and his two brothers.

The only downfall to the book is the typos in it. There are quite a few and I did find myself re-reading certain parts for me to make sense of it, but it didn't stop me from reading. I just ignored it.
Then the biggest thing is that the book was released 2013 and I'm worried there isn't going to be a second :( Her cousin and Landon's sister is going through a really bad time after been kidnapped by Sadie's ex boyfriend. I don't know what went on it that bar, but Sadie's cousin completely locked herself out of everyone lives. She wouldn't speak to anyone, not even Renzo could get in to talk to her and she wouldn't let him in either and she is in love with him, so it had me wondering if more went on than the author let us see.
I really am praying there will be another novel to this series. I cannot wait to read it.

Seduce me By Ryan Michelle

Casey Alexander grew up part of the Ravage Motorcycle family since the day she was abandoned by her mother and thrown into her father’s lap. Always seeing herself as an outsider, she spent her whole life trying to fit in, but never really succeeding. When she loses her beloved father, the utter aloneness engulfs her, leaving her searching for solace in the one man she’s always craved. Confessing her love for him only results in devastation when he pushes her away. Convinced she needs a fresh start, she leaves everything behind in order to mend her broken heart and begin building a future without him.

Gage Thomas (G.T.) Gavelson fell in love with his Angel when he was just a pint sized kid. Both beautiful and smart, he always felt she deserved so much better than him. Growing up beside her in the club only continued to test his will power, until one night, he gave into temptation. Realizing he couldn’t allow himself to hold her back from the life she deserved, he pushed her away, allowing her to believe she would never be enough for him. Letting her go had been the hardest thing he’d ever done. Even though he’d thought it’d been the right thing to do, not a day goes by that misery doesn’t consume him for it.

When a tragic shootout occurs, everything changes as once again their lives are intermingled. When you find your way back to the one person you are meant to be with, forgiveness should be easy. But sometimes, we hurt each other too much to ever be able to forgive.

Is their love strong enough to heal their pain?

Loved the first in the series and this one didn't disappoint either.
Casey moves away to get her life in order after she's rejected from the one person she's loved since she was a kid.
After going through emotions of her own, she then gets a call about G.T been shot. So she finds herself going back home to the place she thought she didnt belong. only she was wrong.

The story was beautiful, and i loved they mixed things up and never made it predictable. Even I never had suspicions during the book. Better then the first one and can't wait to read more from the author :)

Ravage me By Ryan Michele

After spending the last two years stuck behind bars for a crime she didn’t commit, Harlow ‘Princess’ Gavelson’s time inside has finally come to an end, and she’s ready for revenge. Unfortunately, being the daughter to the Vice President of the Ravage Motorcycle Club cuts into her plans, as orders must be followed. Trying to settle back into this life is proving difficult when the tables are turned and the woman who framed her is out for blood. Lucky for Princess, growing up in a MC has taught her how to hold her own.
After spending years in hell overseas, Donavon ‘Cruz’ came home to lose the very thing he went into hell for, sending him to the darkest moments of his life. Joining Ravage two years ago was his safe haven, and he protects his family at all costs.
When a dark-haired bombshell struts into the club’s shop, he’s caught off guard but immediately knows she’s the one he’d do anything for. Tough as nails, and taking no crap from anyone, he’s captivated by a woman who could handle this life. Trying to meet the needs of the MC business and follow his heart proves to be difficult when the two collide, and lives are at stake.
Can these two find a way to be together, or will the needs of Ravage cost them everything, including their lives?
Read on for my review ....
