Wicked Thing By Angeline Kace

Wicked Thing

Carmyn and Dallas both have one thing in common. Both were subjected to the hurt and betrayal of one of there parents.
Dallas decided when he found out his father cheated on his mother, only to have another child hidden that he would never do relationships. He doesn't care what people think and doesn't live up to anyone else's expectations but his own. That is until Carmyn....
Carmyn witnessed the after affect of her mothers affair. The affair led her to plan out on her own future. The future of what her husband will be like.
Only one night planning to surprise her fiance - as sorts - she finds him in bed with another woman.
Carmyn then finds her self in a whirlwind with the notorious  tattooed, well known player on campus.....
So when Carmyn and Dallas find themselves falling further and further for each other, they learn love can be a wicked thing.
I really did love this book. I mean really loved it.
The characters where so original yet so unique it was great.
I love her friendship with her best friend and how close they are, expecially the fountain scene, it had me in stitches. Two different types of girls but are so close that they are the same. I also loved how close of friends Carmyn becomes with Dallas. The way they make each other smile and laugh. Carmyn teaches him things while Dallas at the same time is teaching her too. Its great. They are so good together its untrue.
The writing switching from each character was impressive, it was great to see what both were thinking and feeling.
There relationship is a little messy, as Dallas is sworn off Relationships but the first time in ever he finds himself wanting to be in one, only Carmyn doesn't want to be in the situation where she can be cheated, and lied to again.

Got to say my favorite scene without question was the dirty dancing water scene. Loved it. I was grinning like a Cheshire cat. was great to read.
In second though was definitely the fountain scene. I found it hard to choose between he two which one i love to read the most. They were both great. Especially when she goes out and buys the film. funny.

5 * and worth it :)
