Fallen Too Far (Rosemary Beech #1) By A,bbi Glines

When Blaire Wynn's mother passed away, Blaire's life changed in an instant. Having cared for her sick mother for the last three years, suddenly Blaire has to leave the small farmhouse in Alabama they shared, to move in with her father and his new wife in their sprawling beach house along the Florida gulf coast. But what she isn't prepared for is the lifestyle change that comes with the move, and she knows she'll never fit into the new world of luxury and extravagance that suddenly surrounds her.
Even worse, her father has run off to Paris for the summer with his wife, leaving her stranded with Rush, her new stepbrother, who's irritating, arrogant and… seriously sexy. Rush is as spoiled as he is gorgeous; his famous father's guilt money, his mother's desperation to win his love, and his charm are the three reasons he has never been told no. Blaire knows he is anything but good for her, but somehow she can't fight the attraction she's feeling, especially when she starts to think the attraction might be mutual… Rush is jaded and has secrets Blaire knows she may never uncover but even knowing all of that Blaire just may have fallen too far.

Another top read by Abbi Glines.

Blaire and Rush's story can be read as a stand alone, the rest of the Rosemary Beech series doesn't need to be read to read these.

When Blaire's mother dies, Blaire has no choice but to sell everything up and go move to where her dad lives. A dad she hasn't seen in years since he ran out on her mother when their sister died.

Not having anyone else let she turns up to the address her dad gave her, only to be met with a drive filled with cars and a huge party going on inside.

It also isn't her fathers house, but her father's wifes son, Rush.

Rush is hot, covered in tatoos and sexy as sin.

When she finds out her dad isn't even there to greet her, she's at a loss of what to do. She barely has any money and when she decides to get back in her beaten down trunk, she finds herself run out of gas.

That's when Grant kicks Rush's ass into gear to go and help her. Rush ends up offering her a room, but not just a room, but a cupboard under the stairs. Not really caring, Blaire takes it gratefully and without protests.

From there on out, the two keep stepping on each others toes. From the first kiss, to their first experience, was off the charts hot.
Once the two finally sort themselves out, it's all ripped away, and once I again, i felt deeply for Blaire.

Nan, Rush's sister, but different dad's is a B.I.T.C.H. I hated her from the get go, and wish Blaire stood up for herself where she was concerned. I understood where Rush was coming from, protecting her, but at first, I thought there was something going on between them. Shocker I know. Thank God, there wasn't.

It wasn't hidden throughout the book that Rush and everyone else was keeping something hidden from Blaire, but when it all comes to blow, It really surprised me like a blow to the gut. I just wanted to wrap my arms around her, and it gutted me to read them all watch and do nothing.
