Drew Forrester is a total adrenaline junkie.
His high of choice?
Cars.
The faster, the better.
He's been making waves in Maryland's underground racing circuit since he crossed the state line, and after speaking with him, we know he's not hitting the brakes anytime soon.
So what exactly does it take to burn rubber and make a name for yourself in a world where the only rule is there are no rules?
You gotta be hungry...
You gotta have balls...
And you can never back down.
What've we learned here at GearShark?
Drew is all of the above.
We also know he's got some secrets buried under his hood.
Secrets we think are loaded with octane and just might set the world of cars on fire.

Holy crap!!!!!!
I love this book.
I've only ever read one other M/M romance that I've got in to, and thought, WOW, this isn't cheesy. I hate it when people label things. In this book Cambria doesn't. The two don't even lose who they are. Even during romantic scenes, they're still fooling around like two best friends.
Loved it.
But it was more than that. The connection they have is strong. We see it in the HASHTAG series. The way Drew would look at Trent, or vice versa.
I have high hopes for the two. They've got a lot to go through, the main one coming out. What will their friends say? Romeo? Sister? Family? They don't know, but we all know they have nothing to worry about.
But it's the outside world they need to worry about. They're not accepting. Especially to Trent who is president of the frat house he's in.
They don't come clean about their relationship to anyone, I mean, they've only just started one, but a few of Trent's brothers presume and they aren't nice about it.
Poor Trent deals with it on his own, just like he has done with his feelings for Drew for as long as he has known him. What happens literally made my stomach roll. I really wanted to punch someone for hurting him the way they did.
With Drew becoming a star in the underground street circuit, Trent believes ending their relationship and keeping it to themselves will benefit Drew. That it will protect him from the ugly that Trent has had to deal with. It was heartbreaking.
I'm excited for the second book in the series. It doesn't leave us with a HEA, and I can see Drew having to fight for Trent and they're relationship in the future.
5* And number 2 on my fav M/M romance.
