Wrong side of the town By Komal Kant

Wrong side of Town

Estella Markson is a good girl. She studies hard, stays out of trouble, and is struggling to hold together her family that is falling apart because of her alcoholic father.

Vincent Madden is the guy your mother warned you to stay away from. He doesn’t follow the rules, is in a notorious motorcycle gang, and doesn’t care if he breaks the law or someone’s bones.

After a chance encounter, Vincent starts to take an interest in the innocent girl who is so different to him. Despite Vincent’s infamous reputation, Estella is also intrigued by him. There is something about this bad boy that gives her an escape from her world of problems, and she can’t stay away.

Even as they struggle with the problems in their lives, Vincent and Estella soon find that trying to forget is easier with someone by your side.

I really enjoyed this book, like 3.5* enjoyed it. Estella is like the mom of the family. she takes care of her younger sister and her drunken father.
When her mom left it left Estelle broken, Not just because her mom had left.
The story goes into her past, where child abuse is involved.
Only me, i was so confused by all this i don't know whether it was because i just wanted to see what happened and read too fast but at first i thought it was someone else who abused her. The the twist, it isn't who we think it is. Too say i was shocked was an understatement.
I read a lot of bad boy books and this one was another new favorite. although i would have like to have read the argument between Ryder and Vincent when he told him what he was quitting fighting.

The two characters seem different on paper but when it comes down to it they are both going through similar things.
I admire Estella, i really do. All the shit things life handed to her and she still got up each morning with a smile on her face, and was strong, caring and supportive towards everything and everyone. Most girls her age couldn't do the same. Any girl, any age would break down.
When Ryder gives Vincent orders to stay away from Estelle i was so furious with him when he agreed. The chemistry between the two was sweet yet hot, anyone around them could sense it.
You can't help but want them to take a chance on each other.

Have to mention my favorite part, which is the swear jar. A bunch of Muscly, tattooed, gang members and Estelle sternly goes all mother Hubbard on there asses. I loved it. Made me giggle.
Estelle hadn't just gotten close to Dillon and Vincent, she got close to his friends. She felt safe when she was in there home and around them.
so it was a relief when she finally came clean about what had happened to her to Vincent.

My only disappointment in this book was the ending, i found it had to many loose ends. Like what happened with her father? did Ryder give them trouble ? what happened to Seth ? and did everything work out ok between the two?
I would be great if there was another book to go along with this one.
