Wrecked By Priscilla West

Two years ago, Lorrie's mother was murdered. But that wasn't the end of it. Reeling from the tragedy, Lorrie's father spiraled into alcohol, depression, and finally suicide.

The two most important people in Lorrie's life are both gone but she's still alive.

Trying to recover from the tragedy, Lorrie returns to campus, ready to pick up the pieces of her life. All Lorrie wants is to get back to "normal."

Then she meets Hunter. The man, the legend, "The Hammer."

Hunter is a cage fighter who takes on every fight like he's got nothing to lose. His life is a tangled mess of girls, booze, and fist fights. And while it may seem like he's got a devil-may-care attitude, he's fighting a private cage-match with a monster he can't defeat.

Lorrie knows that Hunter is exactly the type of guy she should stay away from, especially in her fragile state, but Hunter has other ideas.

As Hunter and Lorrie grow closer together, will they be able to overcome their pain and heal each other? Or will they both end up wrecked? read on for my review.......

Ok so this book was awesome.

Wow this book was just WOW!!
The last part of the novel had me holding back tears and a constant lump was formed in my throat.
Why is it mis-communication always has us screaming inside yet it makes the book that much more en-powering.

The first part of the book we get to see Lorrie and Hunter as friends '' friends'' and it is kind of cute to watch. Although both are extremely attracted to each other it was great them not rushing into something, when both have both problems.

What got to me in this novel though is Gary. Who the hell does he think he is. Seriously? He was the one who warned ''Lorrie'' off Hunter. So when it comes to the end is it all of a sudden Lorries fault he was in the position he was in. She didn't lie or keep things from Hunter and she certainly never got into the ring knowing what the outcome could be.
Seriously good to get this rant off my chest because its the only part in the book that drove me insane.

Lorrie was kind of annoying at times. She drove me mad with the whole ' I am not ready for a relationship'', '' I don't feel for you like that'' bla bla bla. Seriously got boring after a while but even still i loved her character.
After the ordeal she has been through i admired her strength and courage.

Best part of the book i have to say was the kittens. How could i not mention those beautiful little beauties. That and the fact i laughed my head off at Lorries tantrum over Hunter using Pussy to get ''Pussy'', was funny to read.
Their names were adorable and i loved how each had their own characters similar to both main characters.

The chemistry between Lorrie and Hunter is hot and i mean seriously hot. The breakfast/shower/sex scene really had me laughing. How the hell the writer pulled that off and not make it sound cheesy or confusing was beyond me. Very imaginative.

All in all rated this novel 4*. It ends with a cliff hanger so i am excited to see what the next installment of Lorrie and Hunters story.
