Forever (Seaside series) #3.5 By Rachel Van Dyken

Men fall hard. Rock stars? Fall the hardest.

This is the conclusion to Alec and Nat's story.

I breathed in and out for a few seconds as I waited at the end of the aisle. It felt like I was standing overlooking the edge of a cliff, and the minute I saw my future wife, I was going to freefall.

The music started.

Shit, I was seriously going to pass out.

People stood, Demetri nodded his head and patted me on the back.

And then I saw her.

It was like seeing her for the first time all over again. Memories of meeting her that first day of school had me grinning from ear to ear. The local girl, who didn’t even know who I was the first time she saw me, fell for me. And in return, gave me her heart for safekeeping. I ached to touch her as she walked slowly down the aisle. Her brown eyes met mine. And I lost it. Every single fear that I was holding on to snapped.

Forget drugs.

Forget needing to calm down.

I couldn’t stop my heart from beating out of my chest, and I didn’t want to. I just wanted to touch her, to tell her how pretty she was in her white dress. I wanted to promise her forever, I wanted to be her eternity.

This is a short novel for the seaside series. Its about them all coming together and finally seeing what they have. We get to see more characters make brilliant memories.

Another short review but I promise it won't disappoint. Its hilariously funny, and had me reading it in one sitting.

Pull (Seaside series) #2 By Rachel Van Dyken

Jaded rock star, Demetri Daniels, is in Hell — also known as Seaside, Oregon. Sent to rehab after nearly getting himself killed last year, his record company wants nothing more than for him to lay low, away from the limelight.

Irritated and more alone than he’s ever been in his life, Demetri tries desperately to rebuild his shattered reputation as a drug addict and player, which proves to be difficult when he meets Alyssa.

Alyssa is everything he should stay away from. She’s beautiful, smart, but above all else, she’s damaged. And one thing Demetri has learned is two broken hearts don’t equal a whole.
In the end, he has to decide if he can rise above the life he’s created in learning from his past mistakes, or fall into the darkness of his choices.

This book had me in complete stitches. I couldn't put the thing down, and I cried tears I couldn't stop the laughter. My sides hurt and everything.
We get to see a different side to Demetri in this novel, but we also get to see his vulnerable side.
The two main heroines in this novel were perfect for each other. Once you get past the laughter, and his funny banter, you get another side to him. I seriously fell in love with him in this novel.

I felt sorry for Alyssa in this book. Her own tragic story tugged at my heart and it was nice to see it wasn't just going to be about Demetri Daniels.

I seriously loved this book. I don't think you'll find a funnier book than this one. It had me glued from page one and read within a day.

I don't have much to say on anything else because for me this novel was a perfect read. I didn't want it to end.

Tear (Seaside Series) #1 By Rachel Van Dyken

Life as a teenager is never easy. But for Natalee Murray, things have just gotten way more difficult. Bored with life, she can't wait to graduate high school and get out of town, especially considering the famous band members from AD2 suddenly start attending her school, making her once boring life, absolutely insane.

It starts with a pen. A single brush of fingers, and she is captivated.

But Alec and Demetri have a dark secret, one that could shatter their reputations and Natalee's heart. What do you do when one guy paints your life with color while the other infuses your soul with passion? How do you choose when your heart is divided?

Firstly, I just want to say, I never expected this to be a five star. I've read pretty much all of Rachel Van Dyken's novels, but this series never caught my attention. It is currently free on amazon, so I thought why the hell not.
First thoughts? Why the hell didn't I read this sooner.
Never have I fallen for two characters in my life so quickly.

Alec is mysterious, mature, and level headed. Then Demetri is the clown of the two. He's honestly the most funniest character I have ever read about. I loved him, but always felt like his relationship with Nat wasn't right. It was forced, and he only cared about himself.

The story line is bloody great, and I had purchased the 2nd within two seconds of finishing this one.

The only negative thing I had to say about this book was the beginning. It says Nat's parents were controlling, never letting her to parties or to wear makeup or have a boyfriend, etc etc.
But in the book they were always absent. She always felt like they never cared for her. Then when she brings back Demetri, who her mother is currently counselling, no one says anything, and her mother out of all people knew their reputation.
I just felt that had been overlooked.

Anyway all in 5* will be writing next reviews in the series now.

Entice By Rachel Van Dyken

Chase Winter let the love of his life slip through his fingers and into the hands of his best friend and mafia boss of the Abandonato family. Now that he's been given a second chance to right a wrong, he refuses to let his own selfishness stand in the way. The only problem? He's not fully in possession of his heart, so when Mil De Lange -- the girl who's innocence he stole and heir to the worst of the worst mafia families in the US -- asks him for a favor... he says yes, not realizing that one yes has the power to destroy them all.

Mil's been in love with Chase Winter as long as she can remember, but as the years went by, love turned into hate, and now that he's agreed to help her, she's wondering if she made a fatal error. Because Chase isn't a teenager anymore. He's a hot-blooded male, bent on owning every part of her, body and soul, and he's willing to kill anyone in his path who dares stand in the way.

Secrets will finally be revealed... but make no mistake, it's going to take a lot of bloodshed for those truths to be discovered.
Read on for my 5* review

Holy hell, I feel like i've been waiting for this book forever, and it hasnt disappointed me. If anything it was the best one in the series. I've never laughed so much in my life. I absolutely love Tex, he always makes me laugh. Though I don't think that will be the case in the next novel :(

It's so glad to see Chase happy and with someone he deserves.

There isnt much I can review on the book apart from let you know it's totally worth the read, the whole series is.
Another novel added to my top ten favorite books to read this year. Loved it.
