The Vincent Series By Abbi Glines

The Vincent Boys

Beau Vincent is rude, bad, and dangerous to know. So why can't good girl Ashton Gray keep away from him? She already has the perfect boyfriend - her town's local Prince Charming, Sawyer Vincent. But Sawyer is away for the summer, and in the meantime Ashton is bored, and the heat between her and Beau is undeniable - as well as irresistible. Ashton is about to unleash her bad girl - but what will she do when Sawyer comes home? And how will Sawyer react when he returns to find his girlfriend in the arms of his best friend - and cousin? THE VINCENT BOYS is a sexy, exciting and enjoyable romp through one steamy Alabama summer.

I fell in love with Beau not long into the book. I have read this novel so many times i thought now was the time to rant about how good it is.
When i first come across The Vincent boys it wasn't available on book edition so to say i was annoyed was an understatement. Anyway i waited ages for it too come out an purchase it and i wasn't even a few chapters in before i knew Beau was my new book boyfriend, One you don't break up with.

Although i don't agree how Beau and Ashton got together i still couldn't help but keep reading. It is like one of those Fantasies where the hot Bad boy falls for you. Making you feel protected, beautiful and loved and that is exactly what Beau does to Ashton.
Sawyer isn't really in the book at the start as he is away on holiday with his family, so we don't get to see them as a couple only what Ashton talks about herself.
I really had wished the two would confront Sawyer himself, but no instead he finds out himself causing a huge argument between the two cousins leaves Beau leaving town, which lead to Ashton been alone too pick up the pieces.

When Ashton is at school dealing with all the name calling and bullying, i really thought it was over the top. Seriously anyone would think that she killed Sawyer not cheat on him. I can understand Sawyer been angry but for the whole school to turn there backs on her and bully her the way they did really got on my nerves. Too extreme for me and didn't really seem that realistic. This is the part that Beau made me mad about because whilst he was away he left her to deal with it all alone. Even with his personal problems he should have let Ashton in.

All in all i was in love with this book and was excited to read the next .....

The Vincent Brothers

Lana is a shy girl and is really jealous when it comes too Ashton. As a child Beau would pick on her and be incredibly mean. So she never understood why Ashton always hung out with him. The couple shared a bond that Lana never had.
Lana is in love with Sawyer and has been since they were kids but he never noticed anyone passed Ashton, so i think that is another reason Lana was always Jealous of Ashton.
When she finally gets Sawyer to notice her i feel really sorry for her. She is completely in love with him and settles for a no relationship - just fun with him. I know Sawyer was been honest with her - well not completely - and i can understand why he wouldn't want to put himself back out there but Lana is different and even he can see that. At times he was so mean to her and i felt like he never put her first when he should have. Lana and any other girl out there should never settle for anything but the best. It was infuriating to watch because in the description it says that Sawyer uses Lana to make Ashton Jealous and win her back but i could never see it. yes i think apart of him wanted to hurt Ashton but i wish he would have just gotten over it.

Although i love Beau, I enjoyed reading Sawyers and Lana story more. I felt more involved and found myself completely lost. The Epilogue was a nice touch too.

All in all i rated the books 5*, they completely deserved it. Abbi Glines is FANTASTIC writer and these books are just a few of many, of the reasons why.

I cannot wait for the third book. My Vincent boys.... will keep you updated on the release date :)
