Behind his eyes By Aleatha Roming

BEHIND HIS EYES—TRUTH is the continued journey inside the mind of the man who survived the consequences. This companion allows readers the opportunity to witness first hand as Anthony’s world changes forever. His rules and control begin to slip away, threatened by the most unlikely foes—an experience completely unfamiliar to him.

Can something as pure as love and forgiveness wreak havoc on his well-planned existence?

BEHIND HIS EYES—TRUTH, because there is more to learn about a man who:

Once upon a time, signed a napkin that he knew was a contract. As an esteemed businessman, he forgot one very important rule—he forgot to read the fine print. It wasn’t an acquisition to own another person as he’d previously assumed. It was an agreement to acquire a soul.

Read on for my review....

BHE Truth. 5* Review. Aleatha Romig. Release date 18th March.

I was provided with an ARC for an honest review.

This book is raw, emotional and has you gripping your seat by its thread.

The delectable Anthony Rawlings Pov could not of been written any better. It was him to a T. Let's face it you either love him or hate him.

Behind his arrogant hostile facade sat an innocent boy/man trying to keep a promise he made a decade ago, a promise he so desperately wanted to stand by.

I know Tony isn't everyone's favourite, but I have to say I really love his character. He is a manipulator at its best. But by god Claire gave him competition in this book.

I loved how unsure Tony was over some things. How he showed so much restraint when it came to locking Claire back up.

Tony is a man of his word and he excels in all he does. But it was so refreshing to see his insecurities over some things that where out of his control.

I loved the way Claire's confidence grew in this book. How Tony accepted that Claire had more power over him than he thought. Claire's strength and determination was so unlike her. We read it in truth but to read it from Tonys Pov was good to see. Claire pushed her boundaries, she made her demands clear. She had come a full 360 and took the control she needed.

Was she scared of Tony?

Physically No.

Mentally maybe.

She knew what damage he could do to the people she loved.

Hell he'd already done enough.

I really did feel for Tony at times. Especially when he had to show restraint and stand back in the hospital, my heart actually broke for him. He was so out of his comfort zone and couldn't get to where he so desperately needed to be.

Claire was his all, and although it took him along time to realise this, and honestly we know what happens in convicted, but hell I couldn't wait to read his side of events.

Aleathea Romig has done it again. The writing is excelled to a high quality. The book has you gripping your seat and puts your life on hold until you have finished.
